Frequently asked questions about VibeDrone
Understand the available tools, engineering assumptions, and what requires independent verification.
What is VibeDrone?
VibeDrone is a browser-based workspace for exploring civilian drone concepts, aircraft references, design tradeoffs, synthetic simulation plans, and manufacturing questions. It is not a live drone controller.
Can I vibe code a drone with VibeDrone?
You can start with a drone idea, explore conceptual layouts, inspect part and power requirements, and export preliminary plans. Actual hardware assembly, flight testing, and certification require qualified engineers and real-world validation.
Does VibeDrone run real drone flight simulations?
Not yet. The current workspace creates synthetic scenarios and analytical planning outputs. Verified PX4 or Gazebo physics execution is not available in the current workspace.
Can I use VibeDrone to learn how drones are built?
Yes. Drone School covers drone types, essential components, design tradeoffs, manufacturing concepts, and applications such as mapping, inspection, education, and humanitarian work.
Does VibeDrone sell or manufacture drones?
No. Its current manufacturing and sourcing tools are preliminary research and planning experiences. Supplier qualification, purchasing, and physical production are not available.
